Accessibility Commitment

Mindful Hospitality is dedicated to ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities as an integral part of our commitment to excellence. In alignment with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and other applicable laws, we have implemented measures to provide equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities regarding accessing our services and employment opportunities.

Accessibility Features

Our efforts to ensure an accessible environment include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring our office premises are accessible to all, equipped with elevators, automatic doors, and wheelchair-accessible facilities. We are prepared to make further accommodations for those who require assistive devices or other specific needs.
  • Welcoming persons with disabilities who are accompanied by service animals or support persons into our office spaces.
  • In the event of temporary barriers that may hinder access to our facilities, we will notify clients and/or employees in advance.
    • For employees: Arrangements will be made to facilitate working from home.
    • For clients: We will provide notification via phone or email and make alternative arrangements for any essential meetings.
  • Offering documents required for service provision in both electronic and printed forms, enabling individuals with disabilities to use assistive technologies to access these documents.
