Our Process

Phase 1

Consultation

We start with a free consultation to answer your questions and understand your vision. This step ensures we’re the perfect match to bring your event to life.

Phase 2

Outline

Our team drafts a scope of work and pricing proposal based on our consultation, along with a mood board. A retainer invoice will be submitted.

Phase 3

Initiation

Once confirmed, we draft all event documents, including a work plan, budget outline, and communication plan. 

Phase 4

Production

We build a strong relationship with you, starting the planning and designing of your event. We’ll create a design deck for your approval and lay the groundwork for a personalized event plan.

Phase 5

Day Of

An event planner  and assistant (pending scope) will be present on the day for setup, duration, and teardown. We handle logistics management.  

Phase 6

Debrief

We provide event wrap notes and budget consolidation items via email and offer a debrief meeting in-person or virtually.
